Direct Hire opportunity for a (traveling) Superintendent with c-store construction (new build/remodel/expansion) experience. Company is based in southern Maine, but must be willing to travel throughout the northeast. Strong communication, time management and computer skills necessary. Must have experience with accelerated project schedules.
Salary to $57K based on experience. Please include projects list when applying.
Various project locations throughout the Northeast region.
Job Requirements
5+ years experience as a site superintendent with restaurant/retail building experience; effective communicator with excellent time and project management skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline desirable but will consider equivalent work experience.
