As a Customer Service Representative, you will build lifelong banking relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and follow through with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will acquire and expand new relationships and may be expected to join the manager and others on sales calls.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Progressively responsible and current banking experience required.
- Proven ability to provide customer service at a superior level
- Experience in selling and cross-selling products and services
- Ability to communicate professionally with tact and diplomacy with both internal and external customers. Must possess strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills through use of appropriate grammar.
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and overall pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is calm under pressure.
- Professional attributes including; polished appearance, behavior and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to work in a team focused environment and able to work harmoniously with _all _employees.
- Initiative and desire to help resolve problems for customers.
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, able to meet deadlines and is accurate.
- Working knowledge of PC’s, Microsoft office suite, digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing etc.
