We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill our *Recruitment Specialist *at Community Concepts.  This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position and is based out of the South Paris Office. 

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for job postings through collaboration with hiring managers and Human Resources Recruitment and Training Manager
  • Screening candidates and follow up communication with candidate regarding qualifications, location, salary, etc., including assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment documents
  • Support with agency onboarding, including assisting with select background checks and obtaining required documents for employment
  • Support and assist the Human Resources team in maintain accurate employee data within the Human Resources Information System, (HRIS)

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources or any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities
  • 2 years’ experience with recruitment, hiring, or related experience is preferred

*Other Requirements: *Ability to function independently and as part of a team; strong orientation toward positive customer service with ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people while demonstrating tact, discretion & good judgment; excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills; competency with Microsoft Office; Pre-employment SBI, DMV, Maine and National Sex Offender Registry, DHHS, fraud, and federal debarment background checks must be completed upon offer of hire and as a condition of employment; valid driver’s license and travel within the service area is required.
