Description: ESM, Inc. is seeking applicants for the position of “Maintenance/Carpenter Specialist”. As a Maintenance Specialist for ESM, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring all ESM Office and Residential Properties (located in the Augusta, Auburn, and Skowhegan areas) are always safe and presentable. It’s important that ESM licensed facilities always meet all licensing requirements. This position can range from small construction projects to repairing holes in walls to snow removal.

ESM prides itself on the presentation of all of its facilities and part of the Maintenance Specialist duties will be to report or address any maintenance issues they may find.

Requirements: Must have general knowledge and experience in carpentry. General knowledge of plumbing, heating, and electrical work is preferred. Must have basic hand tools and the ability to use necessary tools. A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and have Maine minimum vehicle insurance coverage. ESM employees must be caring, show enthusiasm, and have a good work ethic.

Education: High School Diploma/GED Required
