FedPoint is a versatile, growing administrator of large-scale insurance and benefits programs. Located in Portsmouth NH, we are a 450+ employee company with a strong employee-centered culture. The staff is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule, allowing for telework up to 3 days per week.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Premium Administration Analyst. As a Premium Administration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate billing and collection of allotments for each participant in the FEDVIP/BENEFEDS program. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to premium administration, payroll deduction processes, error detection and reporting, and building strong relationships with Agency Payroll Offices.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Ideally has 2+ years of experience in Premium Administration, Billing, administering employee benefits, or payroll.

- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Exhibits strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Displays excellent organizational and mathematical abilities.

- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.

- Shows a commitment to following documented procedures.

- Possesses a strong technical aptitude and is quick to learn new technologies.

- Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Manages time effectively to ensure efficient workflow.

- Possesses a High School Diploma or GED.

Location: Portsmouth, NH - HYBRID 2 days in office

Full-Time Position M-F with core business hours
