Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team!  We have an opening for a Branch Manager in Rangeley, Maine.  

At Franklin Savings Bank, the role of a Branch Manager is both unique and empowering. We take immense pride in providing our Branch Managers with the autonomy to lead their branch effectively within their communities. As the Branch Manager of our Rangeley FSB branch, you will be expected to:

• Serve as a leader within the Rangeley market, fostering relationships with customers and the community.
• Communicate openly and effectively with customers and employees alike, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
• Drive strong deposit and loan growth by leveraging your financial expertise and community connections.
• Uphold and embody Franklin Savings Bank’s core values, serving as a positive ambassador for the bank.
• Manage branch staff. This includes motivating, inspiring, coaching and training team members.  

While lending experience is not a strict requirement, it is considered a valuable asset for this position. Candidates with a background in both lending and supervision will be particularly well-suited to succeed in this role.

*Qualifications Desired *

• 5+ Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations 
• 5+ Year of experience managing a team, with a focus on a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.   Banking software a plus. 
• Effective communication skills
