We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our motivated customer service team in our thriving Skowhegan branch. As a Head Teller, you will be guiding the team to continued success! You have the opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for our valuable deposit customers and have an immediate impact on exceeding their banking needs and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• management of the teller line, which includes scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and motivating
• provide excellent customer service
• process transactions accurately and efficiently 
• promote the bank’s products and services to best meet the financial needs of customers
• work well independently but also thrive in a team environment
• be committed to building relationships with our customers and staff

Qualifications:

• supervisory or leadership experience
• customer service experience
• banking experience is a plus
