Salary

Genest Precast is seeking a highly motivated Class A or B truck driver to deliver our precast concrete products to commercial & residential job sites.

The driver will need to be patient, safe, and have a positive attitude and approach.

Ability to work in all weather conditions is a must.

Compensation will be determined by experience and licenses.

Experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right individual!

Working for Genest Precast

Drivers are expected to be here between 6:30- 7:00 a.m., the day ends when deliveries are complete (usually no later than 4:00-5:00 p.m. in peak season)

Overtime is available!

You will load your truck in our yard, offload on the job site, and return back to the yard for your next delivery.

  • Home daily after work
  • Local trucking route

Requirements

  • CDL Class A or B License
  • Experience with knuckle boom cranes preferred (but not required)
  • Crane Certification preferred (but not required, can send to training)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers on job sites
  • Able to read and follow directions via map or GPS
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changes throughout the day
  • Load and tie down precast structures to be delivered
  • Must be able to climb up and down truck and trailer
  • Must be able to lift, push or move 50lbs
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with others
  • Must pass a Drug Test and a DOT physical
  • Must agree to background check and license check
