Genest Precast is a family owned and operated business, looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team!

A brief summary of daily duties include:

-Stripping, prepping, and cleaning concrete molds.

-Vibrating, floating, and finishing wet concrete.

-Cutting rebar & wire mesh.

-Loading customers.

-Keeping work areas clean & safe.

-Full-time job, reliable attendance is expected.

No experience is required, we will train the right individuals!

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be a team player and work well with others.

Ability to read a measuring tape.

Able to lift heavy items.

Starting pay- $18-20/hour negotiable with experience and drivers license.

Your day will start at 6:00 a.m. day ends when work is complete usually around 4:00-5:00 p.m.

40+ hours during the winter months.

Overtime is available!!!

Health & dental insurance is available after 60 days of full time employment.

Work Boot allowance is available after 30 days.
