HM Machine provides advanced CNC machining services to manufacturers of firearms, turbomachinery, and performance parts. Employees at HM Machine work on some the most advanced CNC machines in the industry, within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The CNC Machine Operator operates assigned CNC machines and supports machine procedures for the production of machined parts.

Areas of Responsibility

· Performs operation of assigned CNC Machines

· Performs preventative maintenance and diagnostics on the CNC Machines as needed and required

· Reports all deviations in proper machine performance

· Advises and consults with direct supervisor and or shop supervisor for tools and tooling needed

· Maintains fixtures and set-ups for use in specified projects as assigned

· Inspects and documents all operations per procedure

Skills, Experience & Education

· High school diploma or equivalent

· General computer skills
