Call Center Supervisor

cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Call Center Supervisor to work in our Member Care Department. This position requires the ability to provide excellent member service, computer knowledge, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and enjoy working in a member/customer-focused environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Assisting the members with their broad range of needs.
  • Handling escalated calls.
  • Responding to leadership requests.
  • Coach and develop employees.
  • Manage the abandoned call rate.

Location

This position will be Hybrid. Saturday hours are required for this position.
