Overview:

As a key member of our executive leadership, you will oversee all financial aspects and fiscal functions of our organization and drive strategic financial planning to ensure sustainable long-term growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
- Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve overall operation and effectiveness.
- Oversee profit and loss management, financial reporting, and analysis
- Provide expertise in technical accounting matters and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Supervise payroll, accounting, and revenue cycle with an eye to growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
